In short: the forms on this site collect the minimum needed to answer your enquiry. We do not sell contacts, share them with third parties or use them for marketing blasts. The details are below — and if any of it does not suit you, simply do not send the form: write to us in the chat instead.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), budget and the text of the request.

Brief calculator: the answers to six steps (the job, scope, timelines) plus a contact in the final step.

Attached to every enquiry technically: page language, the URL it came from, the referrer and UTM tags if you arrived from an ad link.

Site chat: the messages you write to the assistant bot or to a manager.

Why

One purpose: to prepare an estimate and reply to you. The data is not used for marketing mailouts, not passed to partners and not merged with any other database.

Where it goes

A lead is posted to a server administered by the studio (the site container plus the form webhook) and from there to the studio mailbox and the manager’s Telegram chat. No third-party CRM and no advertising pixels run on this site. Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps, with typed text masked — run only after you accept in the banner, and analytics events never carry a name, email, phone or message text — that filter is written into the code.

Cookies and browser storage

The site sells no advertising. No analytics cookies exist before you consent; after it, Google Analytics sets _ga* cookies and Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk (withdraw by clearing this site’s storage — the banner returns). Also in use: sessionStorage for the animated page transition, localStorage for your analytics choice and the saved progress of a brief. Both can be cleared in browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

An enquiry lives as long as the conversation about it and is deleted on your written request. If the project never started, we see no reason to hold your contacts.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” you can ask what data about you is stored, require correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. For EU and UK residents the equivalent GDPR rights apply. One email with the subject “personal data” is enough — no formalities.
