When you outgrow it — move to a full site
A subscription is the first rung, not a “cheap version”. Once the business takes off, move to a landing (from $699 (₴29,000)) or a corporate site (from $2,892 (₴120,000)). From the first 12 months we credit 50% of what you have paid toward the full site.
Or simply buy out the current site: from $506 (₴21,000) minus 50% already paid.

Honestly: over a year the subscription ($836 (₴34,680)) costs more than buying once. You are paying to avoid a big sum up front and for the right to leave. Confident in the niche? Buying outright is cheaper.

No. Unlike a rental, the domain is registered to you. Moving to a full site credits 50% of the first 12 months’ payments toward it; the card page can be bought out for ₴21,000 minus 50% already paid.
What is included?
A card page or landing on the DEXA design system, hosting, SSL, form enquiries into Telegram, and up to 3 hours of light edits a month.
Can I leave?
Yes. After the 3-month minimum, with 30 days’ notice. The site switches off and the domain stays yours.
Can I change the copy myself?
Yes. You send the request — within the monthly hours we make the edit; most small changes (a price, a phone, a photo) are quick.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The terms — duration, price, what is included, the credit and how to leave — are written down. No staged payment: it is a monthly fee.
How is it different from a builder?
In a builder you pay monthly and assemble the site yourself on someone else’s template. Here the studio builds it from scratch, and you pay that same monthly sum.
