About the project

A one-page beauty studio website where a client sees the price, picks a stylist and books a free time in a minute. Bookings no longer get lost in messengers, and deposits and reminders protect the stylists’ slots.

  • The nearest slot on the first screen The site shows the nearest free time and service, so booking starts without scrolling.
  • Prices with durations Hair, nails, brows: a starting price and duration for every service, so the client can plan her time.
  • Stylists with their work Experience and examples of each stylist’s work, so the choice is not only about price.
  • Booking with a deposit Schedule from Google Calendar, a card deposit, a confirmation and a reminder in Telegram.
01 · The brief

A studio with three stylists took bookings through Instagram DMs, Viber and phone calls. In the evening the administrator copied them into a notebook, and some messages waited until morning for a reply. Prices were sent in private messages, so people who only wanted to know what a manicure costs often never wrote. When a client did not show up, the stylist lost the slot: there was no deposit.

02 · What we built

We built one page around booking. The first screen shows the nearest free slot and a «Pick a time» button. The price list is split into hair, nails and brows, and every service has a starting price and a duration. Each stylist has her experience and her work on the page. Booking reads the schedule from Google Calendar, takes a card deposit and sends a confirmation and a reminder in Telegram. The studio edits prices and stylists itself in the CMS.

  1. Before Bookings came through DMs, Viber and calls and were copied into a notebook.

After A booking lands in the stylist’s calendar at once, no administrator needed.

  2. Before Prices were sent privately, and some people never asked.

After The starting price and duration of every service are visible before booking.

  3. Before A client did not come and the slot was lost.

After A deposit holds the time, and a reminder arrives the day before.

03 · The client’s path

How a person moves through the product, from the first step to the result the business needs.

  1. Finds the studio

Search or Google Maps: address, hours and a booking button on the first screen.

  2. Checks prices

Prices by category, a starting price and how long each service takes.

  3. Picks a stylist

Each stylist’s experience and work on the same page.

  4. Books

A free slot, a card deposit, a confirmation in Telegram.

04 · What is inside the project

  1. Prices and service durations on the site, not in DMs

  2. Stylists with experience and before-and-after work

  3. Booking a free slot from Google Calendar without a call

  4. A card deposit at booking

  5. Confirmation and a day-before reminder in Telegram

Forecast

Fewer missed visits and fewer evening messages, since deposits and reminders remove part of the no-shows. This is a guide, not a promise.
