About the project

A driving school website in Odesa where students work out the full course price, sign up for a group and plan their own lessons, while the school gets enquiries with category and amount in its CRM and Telegram.

  • Full price before a call A calculator by category, gearbox and theory format, with instalments.
  • An enquiry with details The front desk gets the category, group and amount in Telegram, not just a phone number.
  • Lessons without calls The student sees their instructor’s free time and books it.
  • Payments under control Payment stages show on every student’s card in the CRM.
01 · The brief

A driving school with nine instructors taught categories B, A and C. The price was explained by phone: manual or automatic, theory online or in class, how many driving lessons. Some people chose a school that quoted a figure faster. The front desk copied enquiries from the site, Instagram and calls into a notebook, lessons were booked by phone, and instructors overlapped in the schedule. Extra charges for additional lessons at the end of the course hurt reviews.

02 · What we built

We built a Lite corporate site in Russian and Ukrainian with a course calculator. The student picks a category, gearbox and theory format and sees the full price, payment in three stages and the start date of the next group. An enquiry from the calculator lands in the CRM with the category and amount; the front desk gets it through a Telegram bot, and the student gets the document list and a link to their portal. The portal shows theory progress and tests, and the student books driving lessons in their instructor’s free time. Staged payments go through LiqPay and show on the student’s card. The school updates prices and the group schedule in Sanity.

  1. Before The price takes several minutes to explain by phone.

After The calculator shows the full amount before a call.

  2. Before Enquiries in the front-desk notebook.

After A CRM with category, group and payments.

  3. Before Lessons booked by phone, instructors overlap.

After The student books in the portal.

  4. Before Extra charges at the end of the course.

After The calculator price goes into the contract.

03 · The client’s path

    Category, gearbox and theory format.

  2. Signs up for a group

The nearest start date and open places.

  3. Pays in stages

Three online stages, each visible in the portal.

  4. Learns

Theory, tests and lessons with their own instructor.

  5. Takes the exam

An internal exam and a booking at the state service centre.

04 · What is inside the project

  1. Calculator: category, gearbox, theory — the full price at once

  2. Group schedule and online sign-up for the next group

  3. Enquiries in Telegram and the CRM with category and amount

  4. Payment in three online stages, visible on the student card

  5. Student portal with tests and theory progress

  6. Lesson booking with their own instructor, no clashes

Forecast

In the first 2–3 months 40–60% of enquiries come from the calculator with the category already chosen, calls about price fall by about half, and lesson schedule clashes almost disappear. This is a benchmark, not a promise.
