About the project

A barbershop website in Lviv where clients book their own barber for a free slot without calling, and the shop gets bookings in its CRM and Telegram and brings clients back with reminders and a club.

  • Booking a person The client picks not just a time but their barber, with work and price.
  • Fewer empty chairs A reminder two hours before and rescheduling right from the Telegram message.
  • Haircut history The barber opens the client card and sees past visits.
  • Club and repeat visits A sixth-visit discount and an offer to rebook after three weeks.
01 · The brief

A six-chair barbershop in central Lviv took bookings through Instagram DMs, by phone and in Telegram. The front desk copied them into a paper book, and in the evenings and at night nobody answered messages, so some clients booked elsewhere. Clients forgot their visits and chairs sat empty. Barbers could not see what they had done for a client last time, and a repeat booking depended on the client remembering.

02 · What we built

We built a Standard business-card site with booking for a specific barber. The client picks a barber by their work and level, a service and a free slot that the site takes from the CRM schedule. The booking goes straight into the CRM and to the front desk and the barber through a Telegram bot; the client gets a confirmation and a reminder two hours before with a “reschedule” button. The client card shows haircut history and visits for the club, so the discount on every sixth visit is counted automatically. Three weeks later the bot offers to book the same barber again. Gift cards are sold on the site with card payment.

  1. Before Bookings in DMs, calls and a paper book.

After One CRM schedule, booking from the site in a minute.

  2. Before Nobody answers in the evening, the client goes next door.

After Free slots visible around the clock.

  3. Before The client forgot the visit, the chair is empty.

After A reminder two hours before and rescheduling from the message.

  4. Before Repeat booking only if the client remembers.

After After three weeks the bot offers the same barber.

03 · The client’s path

How a person moves through the product, from the first step to the result the business needs.

  1. Picks a barber

Work, level and price for every barber.

  2. Books

A service and a free slot from the schedule, no messaging.

  3. Gets a reminder

Instant confirmation and a reminder two hours before in Telegram.

  4. Gets a haircut

The barber sees what they did last time.

  5. Comes back

Three weeks later the bot offers the same barber.

04 · What is inside the project

  1. Booking with a barber in a minute, no DMs

  2. Bookings from the site, Instagram and calls in one CRM schedule

  3. Confirmations and reminders in Telegram, rescheduling from the message

  4. The client’s haircut history on a card the barber can see

  5. A regulars’ club: the sixth-visit discount is counted automatically

  6. Gift cards with online payment

Forecast

In the first 2–3 months 50–60% of bookings come through the site, no-shows drop by about a third, and 30–40% of clients rebook from a reminder. This is a benchmark, not a promise.
