About the project

A construction company website where a client sees finished projects from start to handover, understands the price range and contract terms, and leaves a request that already has the floor area and type of work.

  • Whole projects Stages, timelines and before / after photos — the client sees the process, not just the final shot.
  • Price guide Price per m² and scope of work for each service, without «price after inspection» at every step.
  • Guarantees and contract The warranty period, staged payment and what the contract covers — before the first meeting.
  • A request with data Floor area, type of work and photos in one form — the estimate starts without follow-up questions.
01 · The brief

Clients chose a contractor from social media photos and friends’ advice, while the company website was a page with a phone number. Finished projects were never shown in full, and guarantees and the contract had to be explained at a meeting. Requests came without floor area or type of work, so each one needed a clarifying call.

02 · What we built

We built a site that shows the work, not promises. Every project has its own page with stages, timelines and before / after photos. Services got a price per m² guide and a scope of work. Guarantees, the contract and staged payment are described separately. The request form asks for floor area, type of work and photos up front, so the estimate can start without an extra call.

  1. Before Contractors are chosen from social media photos; finished projects are never shown in full.

After Every project is a page with stages, timelines and before / after photos.

  2. Before Guarantees and the contract were explained only at a meeting.

After Guarantees, contract and staged payment are described on the site.

  3. Before Requests arrive without floor area or type of work, so each needs a call.

After The form asks for floor area, type of work and site photos up front.

  1. Project pages with stages, timelines and before / after photos

  2. Services with a price per m² guide and scope of work

  3. Guarantees, contract and staged payment on a separate page

  4. Estimate request: floor area, type of work, site photos

  5. An estimated cost calculator: type of work, area, condition and finish level

  6. Requests to Telegram and the CRM with area, address and photos

Forecast

Within 2–3 months, 30–50% of requests arrive with area and photos, unnecessary measuring visits roughly halve, and “how much per metre” calls drop noticeably thanks to the calculator. A guideline, not a promise.
