About the project

A website for a Lviv travel agency where travellers search tour operators’ tours themselves, see last-minute deals and ask for a matched selection, while the agency gets leads in the CRM with budget and dates and replies within 15 minutes.

  • Tour search Travellers search tours from dozens of operators right on the agency site, with prices accurate to the minute.
  • No stale deals A manager adds a deal with a departure date, and after it the deal leaves the site automatically.
  • Matching and CRM The matching form creates a CRM lead with a responsible manager and a Telegram reminder.
  • Instalments Bank instalments at no extra cost, contract and voucher online.
01 · The brief

The agency’s four managers sold tours through Instagram, Viber and the phone. Last-minute deals went into stories, and within a day half were sold, so people kept writing about tours that no longer existed. Every “something by the sea in November” request was worked out from scratch in chat, and replies got lost between messengers. The website was a contact page, so Google found the agency only by name, and travellers compared prices on tour operators’ sites and bought there.

02 · What we built

We built a company website on the Lite plan. The first screen has a tour search connected through the tour operators’ widget: destination, departure city, dates, nights and travellers, with live prices. Managers add last-minute deals in Sanity with a departure date, and once it passes the deal leaves the site by itself. A matching form collects budget, dates and wishes, and the request lands in the CRM with the responsible manager and a Telegram reminder. Instalments go through a bank, and the contract and voucher arrive online. Destination pages for searches like “Egypt tours from Lviv” work for search.

  1. Before Last-minute deals in stories, half already sold.

After Deals on the site disappear by themselves after departure.

  2. Before Every request worked out from scratch in chat.

After The matching form collects budget, dates and wishes up front.

  3. Before Leads lost between Instagram, Viber and the phone.

After Every lead in the CRM with a manager and reminders.

  4. Before Google finds the agency only by name.

After Destination pages for what travellers search.

03 · The client’s path

How a person moves through the product, from the first step to the result the business needs.

  1. Searches for a tour

Picks destination, dates and departure city in the first-screen search.

  2. Checks last-minute deals

Discounted tours departing in the next two weeks.

  3. Asks for matching

Budget, dates, travellers and wishes in a form instead of chat.

  4. Gets a selection

The manager sees the lead in the CRM and sends three options in Telegram.

  5. Pays in instalments

Through a bank at no extra cost; the contract and voucher arrive online.

04 · What is inside the project

  1. Tour operator search on the first screen with live prices

  2. Last-minute deals with a departure date that leave the site on their own

  3. A tour matching form: budget, dates, travellers and wishes

  4. Leads in the CRM with a responsible manager and Telegram reminders

  5. Instalments, contract and voucher online

  6. Destination pages for Google search

Forecast

Within the first 2–3 months, 30–40% of requests arrive with a budget and dates, the first selection reaches the client in 15–20 minutes instead of hours, and messages about already sold deals all but disappear. A guideline, not a promise.

05 · Architecture
