About the project

A website for a Kyiv cleaning company where clients work out the price, pick a free time and pay without calling, while the company gets orders in a CRM with the cleaners’ schedule and wins clients back with repeat cleanings.

  • Price before ordering A calculator on the first screen: cleaning type, rooms, bathrooms and extras.
  • Slots without clashes Free time comes from the cleaners’ schedule in the CRM, so no slot is booked twice.
  • A bot for cleaners Address, checklist and reminder go to the cleaner in Viber, the photo report to the client.
  • Repeat cleanings Two weeks later the client gets an offer to repeat the cleaning in one click.
01 · The brief

The company’s twelve cleaners took orders by phone and Viber. Every client asked about the price first, and the manager worked out rooms, bathrooms and extras in chat. Some people disappeared after hearing the price, and those who booked learned about extra charges on site. The cleaners’ schedule lived in a spreadsheet, so double bookings and idle gaps happened every week. Repeat orders depended on whether a manager remembered to call back.

02 · What we built

We built a company website on the Lite plan with a calculator on the first screen. The client picks the type of cleaning, rooms, bathrooms and extras and sees the price and duration straight away. Then they pick a free slot that the site takes from the cleaners’ schedule in the CRM, and pay by card through LiqPay or after the cleaning. The order lands in the CRM with the address and checklist, the cleaner gets it in a Viber bot, and the client gets a reminder the day before and a photo report after. Two weeks later the bot offers a repeat cleaning in one click. The company changes per-room and service prices itself in Sanity.

  1. Before The price is given in chat, and some clients vanish.

After The calculator shows the price before ordering.

  2. Before Extra charges on site come as a surprise.

After The calculator price is the price after cleaning.

  3. Before Schedule in a spreadsheet, clashes every week.

After Free slots from the CRM, orders sent to the cleaner’s bot.

  4. Before Repeat orders only if a manager remembers.

After The bot offers the next cleaning in one click.

03 · The client’s path

04 · What is inside the project

  1. Calculator: cleaning type, rooms, bathrooms and extras, with the price straight away

  2. Free slots from the cleaners’ schedule, no double bookings

  3. Card payment online or after cleaning

  4. Orders in the CRM with address and checklist, sent to the cleaner’s Viber bot

  5. A reminder for the client and a photo report after cleaning

  6. One-click repeat cleaning two weeks later

Forecast

Within the first 2–3 months, 50–70% of orders go through without a call, schedule clashes roughly halve, and 20–30% of clients book a repeat cleaning from the reminder. A guideline, not a promise.
