A psychologist’s website where a person understands in a few minutes whether this specialist suits them: which issues they work with, their training, what a session costs and how to book. Booking happens without chatting, and the specialist gets reminders and fewer repeated questions.
- Issues in the client’s words Separate blocks on anxiety, burnout, relationships and crises — people recognise their situation, not a method’s name.
- Trust in the specialist Training, certificates, supervision and ethics — what people check before the first session.
- Fee and format upfront Session fee, length and format are visible without asking, so the people who write are the ones the format suits.
- Booking without chat Free slots from the specialist’s calendar, confirmation and a reminder in Telegram.
Clients came from Instagram and referrals but hesitated for a long time before booking. Who the specialist is, which issues they work with, what a session costs and whether it can be online — all of this had to be sorted out in chat. Some people never dared to write first, and the specialist spent evenings giving the same answers.
We built a site that answers questions before the first message. Issues are described in the client’s words — «anxiety», «burnout», «relationships» — not by method names. Training, certificates and supervision sit on their own page. Session format and fee are visible at once. Booking the first meeting means picking a free slot from the specialist’s calendar, with confirmation in Telegram. Short articles cover common questions and work for search.

-
Training, certificates and supervision on a separate page

A Telegram reminder with the meeting link and a reschedule button
Within the first 2–3 months, 40–60% of first bookings go through the site, repeated “how much” and “when are you free” questions in messengers roughly halve, and reminders cut missed sessions. A guideline, not a promise.
